Apartment in Torrevieja in an exclusive complex "Aldea del Mar" a few meters from the beach. The apartment is on the ground floor, facing the green area, very private. It has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and private terrace. It is in an exclusive urbanization with large green areas, surrounded by palm trees and plants. Distance to the beach about 200 meters, also nearby are restaurants, supermarket, bus stop. You do not need the car to go everywhere. The living room has a sofa and TV, coffee table. The kitchen is fully equipped. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has 2 single beds. There is possibility to bring a baby cot. We have air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. There is washing machine, laundry rack, all the cleaning material. We also leave towels, two sets of bedding, we leave it very prepared. This apartment has its parking space in the same building. It is very important in summer, when there is a lot of tourism. It is a quiet apartment, easy to access, in a privileged area, a few meters from the beach.
