The building has lift and access for disabled person.

Apartment of 90,5 m2 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en – suite). In all bedrooms are built – in closet. The main bedroom has double bed and access to the private balcony. Second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third one has bunk bed. The en - suite bathroom has bathtub and other shower. There is a sofa – bed in living room (it can be used as a bed as well), dining table, SMART TV and access to the big terrace. WIFI with high speed connection (fibre optic). Independent kitchen furnished and equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and washing machine. There is air conditioning cold / hot in the apartment.

In the apartment can stay 6 adult person and 2 children (2 person on the sofa – bed).

There is possibility for cot.

We can offer transfer from the airport (Alicante or Murcia – San Javier) to the apartment.

Torrevieja is famous from the beaches and a lot of sun. First thing which take attention of tourists is surrounding, especially two salt lakes, one green and one rose. Both of them make a Natural Park of La Mata and Torrevieja. The climate of zone helps relax and sleep better. Town has 4 well - known beaches: La Mata, Del Cura, de Los Naufragos and de Los Locos. The last one is located 700 m from the apartment. This beach has 4 towers with lifeguards, place with 2 medical assistants and a lot of bars and restaurants. This is one of the beaches where people can use the platform in the water like for example rope´s pyramids for children.

Near the apartment is sea promenade with shops, bars and restaurants with magnificent Italian, English or Mediterranean cuisine is 250 meters away.

A 3-minute drive entertainment complex, bowling, cinema. Near the Habaneras shopping center, supermarkets Carefour, Mercadona, etc.

Aquopolis Torrevieja Water Park is 2.5 km from the property.

Located 40 minutes (35 km) taxi ride from Alicante Airport. The Small Sea (always warm “Mar Menor”) is located 25 km to the South. Two famous salt lakes in Torrevieja, with the natural parks around, make the local climate unique for rest and sleep.
